Roofing in Warman, Martensville and Rural Saskatoon
Mex Roofing replaces and repairs residential roofs in Warman, Martensville and on rural properties within about 30 minutes of Saskatoon. We are a locally owned roofing contractor based in Saskatoon since 2012, and every estimate outside the city is free and comes with no obligation, the same as inside it.
Do you serve Warman and Martensville?
Yes. Warman and Martensville are part of our regular service area, along with acreages and rural homes around Saskatoon. Our crews work out of our shop at 819 60 St E in Saskatoon, so a roof inspection or estimate in either community is a short drive, not a special trip.
What roofing services do you offer outside Saskatoon?
The same services we offer in the city:
- Asphalt shingle roof replacement, with IKO shingle systems such as IKO Dynasty and IKO Cambridge
- Roof inspections, including after hail and wind storms
- Storm and hail damage restoration, with a professional damage report to support your insurance claim
- New construction roofing
Every roof includes ice and water shield and synthetic underlayment, and every job is backed by our 10 year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer’s warranty. As an IKO RoofPRO Craftsman Premier contractor, we can also offer IKO’s extended Iron Clad Protection.
Is hail a risk for homes north of Saskatoon?
Yes. On August 20, 2025, Environment and Climate Change Canada reported hail “up to the size of baseballs” near Langham, just northwest of Saskatoon, with wind gusts as high as 155 km/h as the storms tracked north of the city. Homes in Warman, Martensville and the surrounding rural area sit in that same corridor.
After a storm, contact your insurance provider first. We then inspect the roof and prepare the damage report your insurer needs. If your roof was damaged, read Will Insurance Pay for a Hail Damaged Roof in Saskatchewan? for the full claim process.
Do I need a permit to replace my roof in Martensville or Warman?
It depends on the work. The City of Martensville states that a building permit is required for new construction, demolition and “any structural alterations to an existing building.” A standard re-shingle is not a structural alteration, but replacing roof framing or decking can be. Each municipality sets its own rules, so we confirm what applies to your property before the job starts.
How long does a roof replacement take on an acreage or rural home?
Most residential roof replacements are completed in one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof and the weather. Larger rural homes with detached garages or shops can take longer, and we give you the timeline with the estimate.
How do I get an estimate?
